This product may be used as either loft ceiling or flooring. One side is beveled, for the ceilings. The other side has a smooth finish for flooring. This loft flooring is sold in random lengths ranging from 8 ft. to 12 ft.<br>Buy a minimum of 1,000 to meet our minimum order requests. A small order fee of $150.00 will apply to orders under 1,000 linear feet with 500 LF being the smallest order we will accept.<br>All items are priced per linear foot. To find the amount needed in linear feet, multiply your square footage by 2.4. Example: 1,000 square ft x 2.4= 2,400 linear feet. Please contact me with any questions you may have.<br>All of our products are crafted with old world workmanship in our family-owned Amish mill. We use #1 grade materials and kiln-dry all wood down to a low moisture content before the milling process begins.<br>We can ship anywhere in the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) at a discounted freight rate. If you would prefer, you may arrange your own freight. All shipments are crated to ensure safe delivery of the products.<br>If you choose to pick up your order, Missouri Sales Tax will also be applicable, the amount will be dependent upon the amount of your purchase.<br>Payment in full is due within 3 days of completed order.
