Sized meaning that the item may need the shoulder straps and any overlays to shoulders, sewn to the back of the bodice.  Flower accents may need to be tacked or sewn into place.  Hems may also need to be placed.  Fringe may also need to be tacked as fringe most of the time cannot be completely sewn onto costume to allow it to stretch.<br>Most items will require steaming and/or ironing<br>: dance wear comes packaged very tightly.<br>
